IWS plantIQ is a modular, intelligent pump control environment engineered around your unique process needs rather than a one-size-fits-all panel. Application-specific control logic — pressure, flow, level or fully custom — runs multiple motor-driven equipment (MDE) such as pumps, blowers, winches, etc. strategies with remote PLC oversight, so your pumps behave exactly the way your process demands.
Because it is pre-built and pre-tested before it reaches site, plantIQ deploys fast: as a compact installation kit for retrofits, or as a drop-and-go skid for new builds — with power architecture that scales from direct-drive up to 18.5kW, or larger systems via external panels.
